Paul (not his real name) was abused since young. He had to work since he was in his early teens, supporting himself. He left his home-country to move to various other countries before landing in Thailand, in his early 20s .
At the age of 40+ years old he was wanting to marry but the Church was very controlling towards their members, including him. They disagreed to the marriage and he felt a lot of woundedness that he was not given the permission to marry this godly woman who he deeply loved.
His Church’s teaching on submission to authority was such that if you do not submit to the Church, you are in rebellion. And therefore under a curse. He feel control, intimidation, condemnation and fear from the people that he respects, as an authority over him.
To add to that, he was extremely stressed with work. The people at work treated him so badly and he was really angry and stressed. He want God so much but yet, he was so hurt, angry, fearful and filled with so much of negative emotions. He tried to worship for hours and played the musical instrument but yet, he was not released from all these feelings.
After attending a Deep Relief Now (DRN) course and an additional 1 hour mentoring session with Christina, he began to feel healing and was totally stress-free! Even though the people still treated him badly, he didn’t feel the same anger that disrupted his well-being and filled him with negative emotions, like previously. He also deal with some issues of rejection and shame from his Dad. That made him even more free.
He will now begin to hear from God clearly on the next step for his marriage and be courages and bold to break-free from fear and intimation
Paul realizes that its just the beginning of his freedom and healing. He is learning to “dropdown”; moving from his head (mind) to his bible heart (belly) to effectively connect with Jesus spirit-to-spirit. He is doing a daily DRN (self ministry) to receive even more healing in all other areas of his life. He feels a lot of hope and a lot more calm without the negative emotions and stress. The office situation is still the same but he is no longer the same!
